These rules protect the workshop schedule, the participant, and the organizer.
Registration and seat confirmation+
Submitting this form and uploading a screenshot do not automatically confirm your seat. Enrollment is confirmed only after Kaiozek Business Solutions verifies that the complete ₱1,699 payment has appeared in the selected receiving account.
Participant cancellation and no-show+
Payments are non-refundable when the participant cancels or does not attend. Replay access does not replace the live-attendance requirement for the Certificate of Completion.
Transfer request deadline+
Email [email protected] at least 48 hours before Day 1 if you cannot attend. You may choose to transfer your seat to another person for the same workshop or move your registration to the next run of the same training, subject to availability.
Higher-priced training+
The ₱1,699 payment may be applied as credit toward an eligible higher-priced Kaiozek training. The remaining price difference must be paid before the replacement registration is confirmed.
Organizer reschedule and force majeure+
If an event beyond reasonable control prevents the workshop from proceeding as scheduled, the organizer may move the enrollment to a replacement schedule or provide an equivalent arrangement. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Certificate requirements+
Participants must attend at least 80% of the live three-day workshop and complete the required activities. Payment alone does not guarantee a certificate.
Replay and intellectual property+
The 30-day replay, workbook, templates, and workshop materials are for the registered participant only. They may not be copied, resold, publicly uploaded, shared, or used to reproduce the training.

How your information will be used
Kaiozek Business Solutions will use the information you provide to process your workshop registration, verify payment, send event access and reminders, provide participant support, issue completion records, and maintain transaction documentation. Payment screenshots should contain only the information necessary for verification.
We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure workshop page visits, checkout visits, and completed payment-proof registrations. For advertising measurement, a Purchase event is recorded after your registration is submitted and you reach the thank-you page; your seat still requires manual payment verification. Browser and ad-click identifiers and technical connection information may be shared with Meta. Your name, email, and phone number are hashed for matching before transmission. Payment screenshots are used only for team verification and are not sent to Meta.
